These days I have been carrying a CRKT Stiff KISS. I lose too many knives, so I figured a fixed blade that needs to be put back in the sheath would be less apt to get lost.

I love the tanto style blade, very durable and useful as a utility blade. I constantly need a blade at work, for prying open valve boxes, stripping wires, cutting irrigation lines, etc, and have found tanto styl blades to suit me quite well.

Post up your EDC Blade!

Fixed blades are illegal for carry in many jurisdictions I pass through, so I stick with my Kershaw Brawler

Only pic I have on my work computer. CRKT M16-14SF. Liked it so much I bought 2 more in case I lose them. Haven't lost the first one yet lol. I will switch to a different knife every now and then just to switch back. Love it.

Awesome. I actually carry one of those too, only the desert colored one. The thing is huge!

I had the FDE titanium version but lost it somewhere and was pretty ****ed that I lost a 70 dollar knife, so I switched to the zytel.

I was looking into getting this knife a few months back. How do you like it?

I love it.
It's light weight, the texture of the scales feels great and it doesn't slip in the hand, the clip is reversable (point up or down as well as left or right carry), and it stays where I put it on all my pants except my dress slacks.
The long drop opening of the pocket on those causes the knife to get forced out of the pocket when I sit down. Heck, every clip knife does that on them.

The blade is real easy to sharpen and it holds its edge remarkably well. I'm not sure of the steel used, but I think it's good for a knife of this caliber.

Over the Summer I switched my EDC to a stilletto I got cheap off Amazon for a couple months, but jumped back to this beauty because I just love the action. It snaps out so fast, it's scary.

I got mine at Walmart in a gift pack with a cheap 9 LED flashlight and an aluminum "tactical" pen for $20 last Christmas. Well worth it in my book.

I love it. Found them for mid $80 range before shipping, figured it being usually over $100 I should get a few. Gave one to my dad and he lost it in a week. Never giving that dude anything else. I never let mine out of my sight. Its a massive knife but after having it for a while I start to see it as a little smallish.. Havent found a better all around beast though so I'll stick with it.

Small Gerber 425 pocket knife and an "oldie but goodie" Buck folder on my belt. I was wearing a very small Buck "neck knife", but I just ordered a larger Cold Steel Mini Tac Tanto fixed blade neck knife, so I will see if it is more useful than the Buck.

Is the CRKT M16 Assisted Opening? I resisted assisted opening until Novermber 2012 when I bought a Kershaw Brawler. I am now addicted. I like the Brawler so much that I bought another one November 2013. I would like a bigger tanto blade with assisted opening and a flipper.
No spring assist, Some M16's have a tang on the blade for finger assisted opening which work real good(like the M16-13EZ) but no spring assist. I think the scales are too narrow to fit an effective spring assist mechanism unlike the Brawler.

Nope not assisted. But with the two huge flippers and the way it fits in my hand that dang thing is like a switchblade I swear. And I swear by the Autolawks system in these knives. Turns it into a fixed blade. That is the M16-14SF model. If it is ever lost I will buy another. My favorite of all time. Sometimes I still walk around the house flipping it open lol.
