I want to make this heart. It looks like I would start with 4 strands of cord folded in half so I have 8 strands in total. At the half way point, I start the center part of the heart using some type of knot and technique which then flows into a 4 stranded spiral braid on each side. Finally it's tied off at the bottom of the heart. I have tried many different things trying to start the braid in the middle (at the "V" on the top of the heart) but can't get the right "V" shape. I also can't get the spiral braids on each side to curve at the top to make the curve on each side of the heart. I can't find any instructions on google.
