So, I just got into paracord & I also just got a new suitcase for traveling. I thought it would be cool to wrap the handles, 1) to make it easier to identify at baggage claim, and 2) it would give be what I think would be substantial amount of cord, if it was ever needed.

Any suggestions on a simple, but nice, handle wrap for a suitcase handle?

A king cobra would probably work good.

Any ideas on a good formula to figure out how much cord I would need? (Length x Dia)?

To make a bracelet the formula is a foot per inch, but with the king cobra you would double that. It also depends on how wide the handle is.

After some trial & error, ended up using 14' of the 16' I portioned out. Can figure out how to attach pics in this thread, so I will start a new thread elsewhere. Thanks for the help!
