Well, I tried to make a cell phone pouch but failed to make it wide enough. So I guess I can use it for my little radio. I bought the book "practical paracord projects" and tried the wooden Leatherman pouch project. Thought it be a good cell phone pouch. Took almost 50 foot of cord. (I HAVE A NOTE 4 )
I wouldn't call it a failure. You were successful in making the pouch, just the wrong size. I doubt I could have made one at all.
But I wouldn't call yours a fail I like to refer to it as training just think of it as trial and error I do it all the time lol
You completed the project so it wasn't a failure. The fact that your measurement was off is just a minor setback that can be overcome by using your phone as a guide so that next time your project will come our the way you wanted for the product it was intended for.
