knots

Good day everyone, I stumbled upon this neat bracelet (photo attached)and i want to make it, but i dunno what exact knot it is, Help ? thanks in advance.

i really like the idea of the mad max bracelet, but i do have a question though. at the end of the cord when you tie the final knot, isn't there a danger of getting that little bit of looped cord caught on something?

Does anyone know of any good sources with easy to follow steps for making turks head knots. I've never really been into these style knots but feel now is the time to learn. Someone said there's a book called turks head cookbook but can't find anywhere online that sells it!
