Not sure why I joined another forum, and one devoted to paracord at that. I bought 100 feet of paracord a few years ago, and I think I’ve used it once. I know it has lots of uses, so maybe I’ll learn something in this forum. I even took a photo of it to make an avatar for this forum.

Thanks. Still can’t believe there is a forum dedicated to paracord. Looked at a couple of sites for purchasing paracord from some links in another thread, then watched some YouTube videos on making bracelets, and think I might give that a shot. Found paracord buckles for $4 for 10. It’s tempting. Need some winter projects. Rifle sling would be ultimate goal.

Mmmm. A two month delay in the welcomes. Yes, it is a nice knife.

In the last couple of months I’ve made 3 bracelets, making each one larger than the last, and they were all too small to wear. Learning curve. However, one of them has become the cats favorite toy. Paracord cat toys. Never would have thought of that. I tied off the ends of the OD cord so it wouldn’t unravel anymore, and added a tail to the toy. It blends in with the rug, but he sees it just fine. He’s 8 years old, and it’s hard to find something he enjoys playing with, but this failed paracord bracelet has given him hours of fun.
